Repair services are also available for homes already residing in your community.
Mobile Home Transport
Operators who purchase our used home inventory are provided transport services, included in the price, directly to their communities. All transport is professionally managed by our Logistics department and communicated with your community manager to ensure a smooth and hassle free delivery.
Mobile Home Demolition & Community Clean Up
Demolition services include: Demo/Removal of old mobile home units in your community, Demolition of additional structures such as decks/sheds/awnings/outbuildings, Debris/Lot Clean ups, Trenching and other Lot preparation services. All services include a dedicated manager, permits, dig requests, and reporting tools. Lots will be left clean and ready for your next unit.
